Stephen Kirschner started this series years ago and is now the first one back for a followup conversation. This time we talk about his recent experience in managing restaurants in New York City.
New York City is one of the, if not the food capital of the world. That may be seen as more chances for one to find employment but also has the challenge of increased competition. Been glad to see Stephen advance in his career in food service and manage to make it in New York City with all it’s considerations. Maybe in another 10 years he will be back with a conversation about how he opened a restaurant in NYC!
I Know Great People is a series of conversations intended bridge the gap between our knowledge of what people can do & the perception of what they may do. This is part of a larger project to create a “Lived Experience Internet” of stories about existing on Spaceship Earth. Join us as we use the privilege of living in the Information Age to reach the Understanding Age.
